The sensor is enclosed in a fully sealed, high-strength aluminum
alloy casing, which effectively resists water jets and dust
intrusion. This makes it highly suitable for wet or dusty
environments like food processing plants. It maintains stable
performance even in extreme temperatures, ranging from as low as
-25°C (ideal for cold storage) to as high as +75°C, and can adapt
to both indoor and outdoor harsh conditions.
- Blanking Mode: Specifically designed for door gap installations. During door
closure, it monitors each beam independently. If any beam is
blocked by an obstacle, the door will reverse immediately to
prevent damage or injury.
- Normal Mode: When mounted on the sides of doors, any interruption to the light
beams will trigger an immediate door-opening signal, ensuring
maximum safety for workers and equipment.
With a beam spacing of 100mm, the sensor can accurately detect
small obstacles, significantly reducing the risk of accidents in
busy industrial areas. Its ultra-fast response time (≤20ms) allows
it to keep up with high-speed workflows, which is crucial for
automated production lines and fast-moving machinery.
The sensor consumes only ≤4W of power, helping businesses cut down
on long-term operational costs. Moreover, you can select 4–16 beams
to match the exact detection area required for your industrial
