The JUTAI safety light curtain CL20 - 16L operates by establishing
a beam of light between the emitter and the receiver, thereby
creating a protective barrier. Whenever an object or an individual
enters the grid area, the light beam is interrupted, promptly
activating the safety system to execute the appropriate actions. It
is typically installed at vital points of machinery such as doors,
automatic doors, and lifting equipment, enabling the immediate
detection of potential crushing risks. This product is extensively
employed in industrial and commercial settings and serves as a

The safety light curtain is mounted within the door gap. During the
normal closing process of the door, the light beams of the light
curtain are blocked in a sequential manner from top to bottom. The
system interprets this sequential blocking as a regular
door-closing operation. However, if an object passes underneath and
obstructs the light beam while the door is closing, the door will
open instantaneously.
When installed on both the interior and exterior sides of the door,
and with the door in a closed state, the light beams do not pass
through. In this configuration, regardless of which light beam
within the light curtain is blocked, the system will immediately
generate the door-opening signal.
